Our Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

. The original proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) must be included.
. For hygiene reasons, particularly for earrings and stud earrings, items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging (if applicable) and show no signs of wear. Items that have been worn or whose seals have been broken may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team first. We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns.

3. Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
Return Shipping
As the customer, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items, especially those of higher value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
. Please ship your return to the address provided with your RMA instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the item's condition and eligibility.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist with our assessment.
